Last May my sister came home from Singapore to stay for only
one week. We grabbed the opportunity to shop with our mother, her husband and
our cousin. Shopping for long hours tired us and hungered so we decided to eat
at Gerry’s Grill.
The restaurant offers wide selection of Filipino dishes, and
if you’re an alcoholic drinker then you’ll like to visits this restaurant as
they offers wide selection of alcoholic drinks. As we entered the restaurant we
were courteously greeted and escorted to our chosen table. I noticed that there’s
no setting on the table even a piece of table liner. I only saw few condiments
on the table. Our plates and spoon and pork were given after we place our
order. Maybe it was for sanitary purposes.
The waiter was very
pleasant and presentable. At first, I thought his going to be irritated to us
and were going to had bad service since my sister always called him to ask and
made another order, but his not, he was still nice and approachable in our
whole dining experience. I hope that he can assist us again next time.
Our order was served fast enough since we came when there
are only few guests in the restaurant. The food was simple, but taste really
good when we dig in, especially their sisig. I rarely eat sisig, but when I
tried it there I really like it that I will definitely try again next time. The
only thing that I didn’t quite like was the mango shake that I ordered. It was
quite bland; it would definitely taste good if they added more mango and sugar.
Even though my mango shake was not that good, I still leave
the restaurant very satisfied with the rest of the food and service we got.
