1. Strawberry & YoghurtYogurt is a good source of protein and helps maintain your ideal body weight. The
fastest carbohydrates used the body, and protein helps the body to
digest it slowly so that the stomach also feels satisfied for longer. Add fruit like strawberries and blueberries into fresh yogurt, can also keep you full longer.
2. Apple & BananaBananas and apples are a good source of fiber and raises the glut of effects. Studies
from the State University of Rio de Janeiro showed that women who ate
three apples/bananas a day weight will be reduced more than not.
3. Canned TunaA can of tuna-rich protein contains only 90 calories. Tuna can be eaten as a snack with bread wheat with mustard topping. But it should be noted, buy canned tuna does not contain additives such as salt or other condiments. Note always list the materials and information on the nutritional value of the package.
4. low fat milk Milk is indeed inappropriate if categorized as a snack. But this could be a substitute beverage snack when your stomach feels hungry. Low fat milk is rich in calcium and a number of studies show that calcium could speed up the metabolism of the body. Want to taste more delicious? Blend the milk with your favorite fruits such as bananas or strawberries.
5. Cottage cheeseSoft cheese with a sour taste made from water buffalo milk is good as a snack is healthy because it is low in fat. You can consume 1/2 cup cottage cheese with almond nut sprinkles. This provides a blend of two food enough fiber, protein and carbohydrate for the body.
