Research conducted in the United States of 30 000 adults in 2005 and classified by sex, age, weight and activity and lifestyles, shows that sleeping too much can result in the health of a human heart.

Another thing of concern is the group of researchers under 60 years of age is the age group most susceptible to heart disease as a result of sleep less than five hours a night or seven hours a day including naps.
