Identify the problem you intent to eliminate clearly as a basis for the affirmation.
Word all suggestions or affirmations with emphasis the specific result required, not the symptoms you wish to remove. Be positive.
Be brief. The key idea may be repeated in two or three ways to ensure it is understood. Normally limit the number of sentences to seven or eight. Wording should be simple and phrases should be rhythmical.
Never give yourself suggestions that you do not want to be fully effective. Don’t play games.
Conditions your mind to accept the suggestion before you enter self-hypnosis by writing and then reading your suggestion over many times. Take time to improve the clarity.
As you convey the affirmation, use your imagination to visualize the successful
Outcome and know that it has been accomplished.
