Every day every hour of a waking lifetime of letters, and requests from Charity establishments at home and abroad I have to take up the cause and say YES PLEASE or NO THANKS to the endless requests for free communication between me and you whether or not I wish to do or possibly there are other things I wish to do, it is ceaseless communication. The issue seems real enough when I receive it and I go about it in a professional way and check our Government funding and that leads nowhere so back comes the letter once again to my door, with all the other letters directed redirected, remailed, reordered, and then the next step is to ignore any one to one contact but its a flow of endless begging letters that never cease to amaze me. Was it not Doris Lessing the Nobel Laureate for Literature who cried "Freedom" in this respect, so perhaps as someone mentioned to me I might do the same but then again I am 30 ears junior to Doris Lessing so perhaps when I reach such great literary heights of achievement I might have Doris Lessing's courage and world acclaim then I can take up such trying and annoying bits of paper with an enthusiasm only held by the Great Lady of Literature .........Doris Lessing Nobel laureate/winner!
