Who is a Pensioner ... someone who is robbed in the budget .... according to the Daily Express,
as George Osborne yesterday hit five million pensioners with an outrageous £3OO a year stealth tax. The Chanceller
sparked anger with a shock £3.3 billion Budget raid on the over 65s who will lose tax free allowances introduced
by Winston Churchill in 1925. The news is all around us and it seems that the Pensioners are to pay for the
rich members of our Society as the Budget is geared in favour of the rich!
Mr Osborne presented the budget to simplify life for pensioners now baffled by the complex system of age related perks ... critics said he was wrongly targeting people who had worked and saved all their lives to fund a tax giveaway for the super rich.
However, Pensioners: State pension rises to £5.3O a week from April .... taxfree allowance forzen and
existing pensioners to lose £63 a year and future ensioners will lose up to £322.
But why is there not some sort of definition of people which is not age related which clarifies and clears up
misunderstandings of people rather than a general collective term which seems to hit hard at people of all
professions when we retire and then when we integrate into this Colony of Pensioners one is quite likely
to get a legal reminder one is a class above that though from today that is not so in terms of financial
security.
There is another story in the Daily Express about a a Boy age 16 who is accused of killing surgeon outside his home and the surgeon was Anthony Owen age 68 and was semi retired and worked as a locum specialist at Wrexham Maelor Hospital: His expertise included breast cancer and keyhole surgery. as with the hard hit pensioners due to the shocking news in the Budget!
