The Council in Southampton and its members popped the magazine : tenants link Summer 2O12 through the
letter box and its fronting with a pic described as a perfect in Holyrood not to be confused with Hollywood USA though the quality of the little star is certainly apparent.

Does the neighbourhood need a make over is a question posed and personally I got one as the winner of a
free photoshoot in GLOSS London several years ago but imagine my delight at Nomination 2O12 as Clarins ... Woman of the Year and 2 free packs of makeup to do a makeover!

Tenants get to work and that is a link to pursue ... tenants have come together to form two new groups recently to work with the council to improve services for everyone and considering the services at present that is
welcome news for all.

However on a personal level I am finding the scrutiny group really interesting and am enjoying finding out about the council and how it run ... comments Vicky Langsbridge from Hollybrook.
But Podge Eldridge from Lordshill commented .. when we meet ..... again in six months ... recommendations will be making an impact .

The team of 12 tenants who have volunteered to put council services under the spotlight have got to work inspecting Repairs service; and must admit on a personal level as a Volunteer block rep I do my bit to
improve the comments from fellow blockees here in Bassett:

Also help is at hand with income officers .... especially in this debt ridden climate of our time

My comment on Hollywood is apposite as there is a plaque mounted near Southampton University in reminder of a Pub demolition and its good to remember it before demolition and see this as a permanent reminder of its glory days as I am a member now for 7 years of Southampton University Library and this writer got a glowing review from R:U:S:I: so spead the word and the word is good - great news creates comfort in life and much needed
recognition as today one is again known locally with title in hand of WRITER: Thanks RUSI Whitehall UK:

So, Top tenant award goes to .... John Moir who has been rewarded for hard work to his local community with national award from TPAS (tenant participation advisory service)
Hard work pays UP John carried out his role despite suffering from health issues ... his commitment .. an inspiration to us all ... commented: Sean Henderson Customer involvement manager: WOW!
