listed are all well known and some of the results are as folows:

Angela Merkel is No 1
Hillary Clinton is on the list
Michelle Obama is No 7
Melina Gates is No 4
Lady Gaga is the youngest at 26
The Queen of England is the oldest at 86
And Turkish Digest is overjoyed that Guler Sabanci is On this list at No 93 in Forbes Magazine depicting the World's most powerful women - the criteria is aimed at dealing with visibility - economic - political impact!
The Top 100 Women are drawn from 28 different countries and the average age is 55 -
As a women I am always drawn to these lists of other women and its interesting to note that the key to success is to get on the list initially - and the need to compile lists must illustrate how far women have come in ability to be seen to outstripe the men but then if one looks at some of these women they are married to very powerful men so perhaps that is the key to their sucess as they say that success rubs off on al of us depending where we stand in relation to it!
The emphasis on Women however is always fascinating and there must be a point where the lists are connected with other sorts of lists say would one find a women on a list with husbands and would that give her a push into the WOMEN List and are the men bored or perhaps just busy or should they outrun the men in their lives is it as important as it once was - Turkish Digest thinks that the fact that a TURK is on this list is very important:
