Exercise Tips While In Case of Fasting
• Choose a sport that does not require too much energy
Look for a sport that is both simple and not too spend energy and water reserves in the body.
Physical activity does not necessarily require the working muscles need energy and that is not too big like yoga, pilates, body balance is the right choice.
• Pick the right time
After the meal and morning prayer, is usually a favorite time for sports lovers, but, the truth is wrong.
The best time to exercise is 2 hours and 30 minutes before breaking the fast.
Doing exercise after prayers terawih no problem.
Try a short period of time that you spend the whole train had been muscle function such as muscle cardiovascular, respiratory and muscle maintenance.
• Adjust nutrition
Adjust the intake of nutrients from the food you devoured, either at dawn or breaking.
Try to eat a light meal at dawn however, rich in fiber and has enough calories.
Try to eat foods that are sweet when breaking but, remember not to overload.
Do not forget also the intake of minerals in the body, so try to always drink water.
After completion of exercise if you do it before the break, when there is breaking you try to drink and eat a sweet refreshing drink primarily to neutralize body temperature after exercise.
Keep in shape with a workout in the month of Ramadan was not hurt but, remember not to the exercise you are doing it bother you in fasting even to the point of making you break the fast.
