health.Yoga is just going back to yourself,to your roots and origin.Yoga gives an insight to know more about the self.The dormant inner blossom to give complete bliss and introduction to the true self.It enables one to meet the supreme soul and attain complete bliss.
According to ayurveda,one whose diet,thoughts and behaviour are balanced and controlled and whose deeds have divinity,who has a pious mind and desires auspicious things,whose sleep and awakning is regular ,he is a true healthy person.
Doing yoga regularly keeps one''s mind and body healthy.Many diseases which have been diagnosed uncurable are getting cured just by doing yoga.Many people hae regained their lost heatlh and life
