Diet and Herbal Treatment for Diabetes Diet plays a major role in life of diabetes patients. They always should
try to follow healthy and fiber food diet plan. They must avoid fried and oily or spicy food, and keep far their selves from junk food. Diabetes patients must take green vegetables and fruits in their dinner or lunch more than other foods. Some of vegetables like celery, bitter melon, onion, garlic, artichoke, and spinach are useful to decrease the severity of diabetes. There are some herbal drugs, which is really effected in diabetes. After research on some herbal plants, research centre make some drugs for diabetes. They include Neem, Pann, Amla, Haldi and other intergradient, which is help to controlling blood sugar level in the body. Some herbal drugs can be very effective in any types of diabetes without any side effects. There are some herbal treatments for diabetes patients. Juice of bitter gourd = patients should take a glass of bitter guard juice minimum three to six months. It proves that bitter guard is very effective in diabetes patients. Sudha Silajit = Sudha Shilajit has long been used for the treatment of diabetes in Ayurvedic medicines. Shilajit is called as "Asphaltum" (Latin name). it is counteracts diabetes and regulated the blood sugar level.Shilajit has been also used for physical strengthening, anti-aging, libido, injury healing, urinary tract rejuvenation, bone healing etc. Fenugreek = Fenugreek is also an effective herbs for diabetes. Take five grams from the powder of Fenugreek seeds twice a day with curds and you will get positive result. Karvellak = Karvellak is for definite action on the pancreas that stimulates production of insulin in the body. Guduchi Satva = it is used for treatment of diabetes in ayurveda. It maintains balance of Vata, Pitta and Kapha in our body. Chopchini = common name of Chopchini is "Sarasapilla", which stimulates production of insulin. Vijaya Saar = its common name is "Malabar Kinotree".Vijaya Saar stimulates the cells to utilize glucose from the blood stream. Haridra = we know it as "Turmeric" and it''s well known and the best medicine for diabetes because it controlling Kapha dosha in the body. Other effective herbs in diabetes are Jamun and its seeds, Coriander seeds, Lettuce, Red rose flower, Fennel seeds and Gulair. Mixture of the powder from these all herbs, taken twice a day. It is also found to be effective in diabetes problems. At last, it is very important know for diabetes patients that diabetes is a silent killer and if you want to keel this killer you must follow your diet plan and keep your self away from sugar, oil and fatty foods and must keep in touch with exercises daily in your whole life.
