Objective Analysis the variation of
serum IGF-Ⅱconcentrtion in the FGR
rats and measure
fetal length ,weight,inquiry into the effect of Ligustrazin Injection,to offer the theoretical base for Ligustrazin Injection therapy FGR.Methods Serum IGF-Ⅱwas measured by radioimmunoassay(RIA);Fetal weight,length were measured,and PI(Poundera Index) was calculated.Results In three groups,the concentrtion of serum IGF-Ⅱ in rats was not
significantly different;The fetal serum IGF-Ⅱconcentrtion in FGR
group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the serum IGF-Ⅱconcentrtion in FGR+
interference group was higher than that in FGR group, but not significantly different.In three groups the fetal weight, length were significantly different(P<0.05):The fetal weight,length in control group> those in FGR+ interference group>those in FGR group.The fetal Poundera Index in control group was higher than that in FGR group and in FGR+ interference group(P<0.05), the fetal Poundera Index in FGR+ interference group was higher than that in FGR group ,but was not significantly different.Conclusion This study suggests that The serum IGF-Ⅱ's source in rats is different from that in fetal rats ,and IGF-Ⅱ can not pass through the placenta.The assay of the serum concentration of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱin rats can not diagnose FGR.The decrease of fetal serum concentration of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ may play an important role in FGR.Ligustrazin liquid Injection can be effective for treatment of FGR.
