OBJECTIVE To investigate the
organochlorine pesticide residue in Areca
catechu L. 、 Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. 、 Myristica fra-grans Houtt. and Eugenia
caryophyllata Thunb.of Hainan.METHODS Gas chromatography ( GC) with SE-54 flexible quartz capillary ( 30 m× 0.32 mm,25 μm) chromatographic column was used. The sample was injected at 230℃ .The detection temperature was at 300℃ .RESULTS 10 kinds of
Organochlorine pesticide residue(4 isomers of 666 , 4 isomers of DDT, quintozene, drinox) were detected. The basic contents of organochlorine pesticide (666,DDT,quintozene and drinox)residue in Areca catechu L. 、Alpinia oxyphytta Miq. 、Myristica fragrans Houtt. and Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb. were 9.796,0.201 7,--,4.562 ng·g-1; 42.43,29.35,1.902,1.888 ng· g-1;9.260, 14.43, 8.409,4.961 ng·g-1, 17.10,141.7,27.66,1.115 ng·g-1 .CONCLUSION The organochlorine pesticide residue of Areca catechu L.、Alpinia oxyphylla Miq. 、 Myristica fragrans Houtt. and Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb.of Hainan varied greatly in different regions of Hainan. The contents of organochlorine pesticide residue of the four
southern herb , except the content of DDT of Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb. , meet the green trade standard. It' s reasonable that the lints of organochlorine
Pesticide (666, DDT, quintozene and drinox)
Residue should be 0.1, 0.1,0.1 and 0.02 μg·g-1 in the four southern herb.
