Effects of Glutamine to Bacterial Translocation of Intestines in the Acute Necrosis Pancreatitis of

Article Abstract by: TsingHua

Original Author: Strait Pharmaceutical Journal
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of glutamine(Glin)to intestinal bacterial translocation in rats with the acute necrosis pancreatitis(ANP).METHODS
Normal Sprague Dawley(SD)male rats were randomly devided into control,ANP,Gln groups with acridine orange to mark the bacteria for pursuit.DNA content in the length of a unit of intestinal mucose was surreyed with the method of Biphenylamine. The Lymph nodes in mesentery were remoued in abacterial condition, the pancreatic tissue was guantitatively cultured with 37℃,24h,and the intestinal mucose was examined with histology.RESULTS The finding rate of bacteric with Fluorescent marked on the lymph node of mesentery and pancreactic tissue in ANP group was obviously increaded in comparison with control group(P<0 01),in compare Gln group with ANP group was obviously decreased(P<0 01).In compare the ANP group on pancreatic bacteria guantititive cultured was obviously increaded with control group(P<0 01),the Gln group of which was obviously decreased with ANP group(P<0 01).The contral group was not found abnormal,in inspection with light scope.CONCLUSION Glutamine complemented which makes enough base oxygenate in intestinal mucose, and product a lot of A.T.P,to maintain cell metabolism and connect cell by cell, and promote the multiplicative division, metabism of cells in intestinal mucose, and increase the epithelial multiplication, recuperation.Which is henifit to protect the defensive function of intestinal mucose, and decrease the intestinal bacterial translocation.
