Objective:To study the treatment effect of Ganlike,a kind of Chinese herbs compound,on rats with experimental liver fibrosis.Methods:168
SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:the normal and the experimental Rats with experimental liver fibrosis wrer induced by CCl 4 After the model being made, rats in the experimental group were divided into the liver fibrotic model, the big,the middle, the small dosage of Ganlike and the colchicine groups All the rats were treated by opposite medicines;at the end of experiment, all the rats were killed The severity of inflammation and fibrosis in all liver tissuses were measured by semiquantitative scoring Results:The severity of inflammation and fibrosis in all liver tissuses were measured by semiquantitative scoring. Results:The severity of inflammation and liver fibrosis scorings in rats of the liver fibrotic model group were obviously higher than those of the normal group;after the rats had been treated by Ganlike and colchicine, the severity of inflammation and liver fibrosis scorings in rats of all the treatment groups became obviously lower than those of the liver fibrotic model group,( P <0 05; P <0 01),and the severity of inflammation scoring in rats of the big dosage of Ganlike group was markedly lowered, which showed very significant meaning;the severity of inflammation scoring in rats of the big dosage of Ganlike group was higher than those of the middle, small dosage of Ganlike groupsand the colchicine group, which showed significant meaning, but the liver fibrosis scoring of the treatment groups showed no significance Conclusion:Ganlike can relieve the severity of inflammation and liver fibrosis in rat liver tissues
