STUDY OF LOW MOLECULAR ACTIVE PEPTIDE IN HUMAN EMBRYO TISSUE ON ANTI-LEUKEMIA EFFICIENCY AND IN C

Article Abstract by: TsingHua

Original Author: ACTA ACADEMIAE MEDICINAE NEIMONGOL
Objective:To study the cancerostasis of low molecular biological active peptide of several human embryo tissues in cooperation
with effective composition of Chinese medicine. Methods:The cancerostatic rate of P388 leukemia cells with four human embryo tissue active peptides in cooperate with 3 kinds of polysaccharides of Chinese medicine was determined in vitro by cytotoxic test (MTT method). Results:The cancerostatic rate of embryo brain peptides was 74.16%, embryo liver peptides was 71.81%, embryo spleen peptides was 46.96% and placenta peptides was 45.49%. The results showed that embryo liver, placenta peptides with effective composition of Chinese medicine polysaccharides have obviously cooperation. As compared with simple pure material, the effect inhibitory of leukemia has distinctly increased (P<0 05). Especially, the anti-leukemia action of berbamine cooperation with placenta peptides has very obviously increased (P<0 01). Conclusion:Different low molecular active peptides have different inhibitory effect on P388 leukemia cell. The activity and anti-leukemia efficiency of human embryo peptides was increased when human embryo liver, placenta peptides in cooperation with effective composition of Chinese medicine. The results have important significance to biological treatment of malignant tumors.
