Objective:Study the influence of Chinese herb of the cold and hot on SD Rats.Methods:The SD big rats were divided into the
control group,the cold
medicine group and the hot medicine group,respectively took oral the 0 9% NaCl water,Fuzi ginger soup,zhimu gypsum soup.After 21 days,we judged the effect of the cold and hot Chinese herbal through testing the behavior,physiology,biochemistry,immunity,endocrine, etc.Results:1.Cold medicine group shows the cold syndrome and the hot medicine group shows the hot syndrome.2.The following several aspects are up to the statistics sense.(1)Anus temperature,body weight,urination and defecation.(2)Liver weight,liver weight/body weight.(3)Red cell immunity:RBC-C3bRR,RBC-ICR.3.The following several aspects don't reach the statistics sense,but we also can observe thendency of change.(1)Behavior test:Vacant lot test,alley tendency diet.(2)Kidney weight,spleen weight,thymus weight,and viscera proportion.(3)Red cell Na+-K+-ATPase.(4)Thyroxin T3,T4.(5)Tumor necrosis factor(TNF).Conclusion:the Chinese herb of cold or hot could affect the big rats' growth.The rats may produce the changes of metabolism and digestion on the physiology and show the characteristic of cold symoptom or hot symptom on the behavior.The Chinese herbs of cold or hot can improve the function of the red cell immune and influence endocrine,enzyme.
