Objective: To study return drugs
phenomenon after buy drugs in our hospital.Method: 214 return drugs phenomenon data after
buy drugs in our hospital were collected, correlativity and characteristic of the return drug according to diffecent clinical treatment departments and every doctor's level by u-test.Result: The return durgs
phenomenon after buy drugs occured mainly in the operative department and internal medicine department(accounted for 77.73%).The return drugs phenomenon occured mainly in doctors under associate director(accounted for 92.99%).The incidence of return drugs phenomenon in doctors and visiting doctors was
significant higher than chief physicians, and was not significant compared with associate chief physicicons.The side effects,use-refused by patients, and the economic problem are primary reasons of return drugs.Big prescription and patients death indicated the administrative problems. Conclusion: The return drugs after buy drugs may be avoided by the strict administration.
