That the state lords in the period of Warring States constantly changed their titles, finally they claimed themselves
emperors embodied the process of the formation of emperor right. The emperor strengthened his right through tax collecting
system, tally system, bureaucrat system as well as theological right. There arose contradiction between the strengthening of
emperor right and the premier right, so the emperor split up and controlled the premier right by use of choosing scholars with
wage, strict punishment and laws and appointing military generals and pet officials. By contrast of the lord right of various states
and the emperor right in Zhou dynasty with the royal right of Qin dynasty, the emperor right in the period of Warring States had
it own feature. The emperor right then was the expansion of the lord right of various states. Its autocratic nature was essentially
different with that of the emperor right of West Zhou dynasty and its immature feature was the main difference with the royalty
of Qin dynasty.
