Objective: The chemical components of
essential oil from
Folium Rhododendri daurici were analyzed by GC - MS. Method: The
essential oil was extracted by steam distilation, then separated by capillary gas chromatography. The amount of the components from
essential oil were determinated by normalization method. Chro-matographic conditions were:capillary column HP - 1(30 m ×0. 32 mm,0. 25 μm)was used,column temperature:
110℃(20 min)-140℃ (7 min)--220℃(10 min) ,split injection , split ration 1:60,injector temperature 280℃ ,the detector MS. Results:There are 29 components from
Folium Rhododendri daurici were i-dentified. It was composed of 93.01% of total essential oil. The main components are trans - caryophyllen (26.07% ) ,α-humulene(17. 36% ) ,α- selinene(8. 06% ) ,β- selinene(7. 05% ) ,γ -cadinene(4. 82% ) ,δ-cadinene(3. 90% ) ,cadinene(2. 28% ) ,α - terpineol( 1. 51% ) ,santalol(1. 12% ). Conclusion:The method is reliable , stabilize, the method can be applied to analyze the essential oil components extracted from Folium Rhododendri daurici.
