The abstracted alcohol with small dosage could reduce the index of thymus gland weight, and the decocted substances with small dosage cold reduce the index of spleen weight. For stomach perfusion, the maximum ratio ofthe dosage of decocted substances to the raw material should be 14.286g/kg, LD50 of the abstracted alcohol should be 94.548/kg, and LD50 of the abstracted chloroform be 224.6g/kg.
