Objective: To research the adjustment of the oral liquid on
immunization function of immunizationinhibiting model of rats. Methods: Give the rats an injection of 50mg·kg -1 of immunization inhibitor, cyclophamide (CY), and feed them 150mg·kg -1 、300mg·kg -1 of the oral liquid continuously for 10d, determining the spleen index, chest gland indes,
phagocytosis of the
phagocytes and
proliferation index of soleen cells of rats. Results: The oral liquid can clearly increase the spleen index and chest gland index ( P <0.01). Compared with CY, the oral liquid can obviously strengthen the phagocytosis of phagocytes, and meanwhile the proliferation index of spleen cells goes up clearly ( P <0.01, P <0.05).
