of etheranaesthetized rats were collected by puncture of the abdominal aorta,to determinate the antiaggregating activity of clopidogrel in ADP,AA,collageninduced rat
platelet aggregation,to study the effect of clopidogrel on antithrombosis in the model that thrombosis induced by electrical stimulation of the rat carotid artery,a silk thread inserted into an arteriovenous shunt and ligature of the inferior vena cava.Result:Clopidogrel significantly inhibit ADP,AA,collagen induced platelet
Aggregation,prolong thrombus formation time induced by electrical stimulation,reduced thrombus weight in arteriovenous shunt at oral doses 1,3,10mg/kg in rats;at oral doses 0.3,1,3mg/kg,clopidogrel significantly inhibit stasis induced venous thrombosis formation.Concluston:Clopidogrel significantly inhibit ADP,AA,collagen induced rat platelet aggregation and reduce arterial and venous thrombosis formation.The effects of antiplatelet and antithrombosis of clopidogrel better than that of ticlopidine.\;<
