Objective To observe the curative effect of kuhuang injection to treat
cholestatic hepatitiis.Methods 60 patients
with
cholestatic hepatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups.Only Legalon,Aicamin,Capsulae,Diammonii Glycyrrhizinatis were used in the control group of 15 patients,while in the
therapeutic group of 45 patients,30ml of kuhuang injection were used besides the medicines mentioned above, for intravenous drip.The time of the two groups' relieving Jaundice and ALT were checked by χ 2. The data were tested by t when Hydroprednisone Acetas were taken. Results There was obvious difference in the time of relieving Jaundice (P<0.005),but no significant difference in relieving ALT between the two groups (P>0.05). During the time of taking Hydroprednisone Acetas,the therapeutic group was greatly different from that of the control group (P<0.001).Conclusion The therapeutic effect is remarkable.Kuhuang injection is effective for relieving spasm of the bileduct and promoting excretion of the bile.
