Objective: To investigate the effect of Wubi capsule on mice with
dermatoclerosis,and to study its mechanism.Methods: The
mice model with
dermatoclerosis were made with blemycin by suncutaneous injection.The mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group,model control group,Wubi capsule groups(high-dose,middle-dose,high-dose),Bozhipian group.The mice were given Wubi capsule orally.The pathological changes of skin tissue,thickness of skin and content of collagen were observed.Results: Wubi capsule had significant therapeutic effect on mice with dermatoclerosis,which could improve the skin sclerosis of mice at some extent,and could decrease skin thickness and reduce content of collagen.As compared with those of model control group,there were significant differences(P<0.01),the efficacy of Wubi capsule high-dose group was the most obvious.Conclusion: Wubi capsule has obvious therapeutic effect on
mice model with dermatoclerosis,which could improve the skin sclerosis of mice and collagen fibrous proliferation,the effect has dose-effect relationship.Its mechanism is related with its inhibition effect on collagen fibrous proliferation and reduction of content of collagen.
