OBJECTIVE:To investigate the current status of the use of cardiovascular drugs in special hospital of heart disease and provide references for rationally drug use in the clinic.METHODS: By using the methods of DDDs and the order of amount of money,cardiovascular drugs used in our hospital during the period 2002～2004 were analyzed.RESULTS: Consumptive amount of money of cardiovascular drugs constituted 45.22%～52.35% of total consumptive amount of money of all drugs.Antihypertensive drugs occupied the first place in consumptive amount of money and DDDs;next were anticoagulative and antiplatelet thrombolytic drugs;Drugs that consumptive amount of money ranked in the first places were ultravist solution,clopidogrel and captopril,et al.Enteric coated aspirin,spironolactone,hydrochlorothiazide and warfarin sodium occupied the first places in DDDs.CONCLUSION: Cardiovascular drugs used in our hospital are consistent with the position of special hospital of heart disease,their constituion is basically rational,it is also in accordance with the tendency of the use of cardiovascular drugs.
