Objective:Observed the influence of Kechuanning plaster applying on the points to airway inflammation in bronchoalveolar
lavage fluid on airway inflammation of rats with asthma. Methods:60 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group(A group),model group (B group),Guilong Kechuanning group(C group), Dexamethasone group(D group), Kechuanning high group (E group) and Kechuanning low group(F group). And each group had 10 rats. The model of asthma was established by Elwood ways. Each group was given corresponding treatment before inhale ovalbumin 10 hours.Then observed the change of the number of inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid. Results:After treatment,the number of inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in D, E and F group turned to higher than that of C group(P < 0.05),but E and F group didn't show the same effect with D(P > 0.05). Conclusion:Kechuanning plaster applying on the points can restrain airway inflammation of rats with asthma.Kechuanning plaster and Dexamethasone have approximately effect on restrain airway inflammation of rats with asthma,and better than Guilong Kechuanning.
