Objective To investigate the protective effects and its mechanism of
Shenfu injection preconditioning on myocardial
ischemia-reperfusion
injury.Methods 30 New Zealand white rabbits, were randomly divided into two groups:
ischemia-reperfusion injury group(IR,n=15),
Shenfu injection preconditioning group(SFI,n=15). The model of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury was produced by coronary artery ligation. The systolic and diastolic function of left ventricle including LVSP,LVEDP and ±dp/dt_ max was measured. The activities of SDH,GSH-PX,MDA were observed respectively.Results As compared with those in IR group, the systolic and diastolic function of left ventricle in SFI group was obviously decreased at different time point (P<0.05).The activities of SDH,GSH-PX were significantly increased (P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively),MDA content was notably decreased (P<0.05).Conclusion Shenfu injection has obvious protective effects on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,which could decrease MDA content,increase the activities of GSH-PX and SDH,inhibit the effects of mitochondria lipid proxidation and protect the structure and function of mitochondria in myocardial cells.
