Objective To observe cefodizime CDZM
application in the immunity liver damage model mouse on TLR_4,PKC and NF-kappaB in the
liver and the significance,thus searches the pathway of CDZM immunity activity and pharmacological mechanism.Methods Use
immunohistochemistry SP technology for examination of CDZM applied after the immunity liver damage model mouse TLR_4,PKC and NF-kappa B in the liver.Use the software of SPSS10.0 to analyze,P<0.05 indicates that the result has the statistics significance.Results CDZM with the different dosage
application in 7 day,14 day,21 day,take the mouse liver slice for observation separately,TLR_4,PKC and NF-kappaB in the liver cells,the inflammation cells and the blood vessel endothelial cells expression remarkably reduces(P<0.05) but the expression of TLR_4,PKC and NF-kappa B reduces along with the CDZM application(P<0.05),with the increasement of CDZM application time it decreased gradually(P<0.05),but in normal mouse the liver expression did not have the remarkable change(P>0.05).Conclusion CDZM can suppress liver cells、 the inflammation cells and blood vessel endothelial cells TLR_4,PKC and the NFκB expression,which is possibly one of its pharmacological mechanisms.
