Objective To investigate application condition of the anti-bacterial medicine in my the out-patient service of hospital.
And guide the clinical reasonable use anti-infection agents to control the infection inside the hospital. Methods Randomly get the 55 595 pieces of outpatient service prescription form Nov 2003 to Nov.2004. Investigate the applied circumstance in among them anti-
bacterial medicine, Then aggregate analysis the date. Results The rate of anti-bacterial medicine uses was 61.20% which took up 38.63% of total cost;Single use was 56.50% among them, and
combination use medicine as 43.50%. Most of the Combination were two joint. The medicine sensitive experiments only were made in 1.88%. Using the medicine frequency 6 of them was: the wide range, the latest, efficiently anti- bacterial medicine, unreasonable-use apply the anti- bacterial medicine occupy 28.65%.Conclusion The anti- bacterial medicine application in out-patient service in grass-roots hospital aspect exsits a few problems, should enhance managing and propaganda , then could rational use anti-infection agents.
