Object: To compare the pharmacological effects of Dragon's Blood extracts from
thermal independence technology and tradition
method. Methods: The torsion test with acetic acid was used to compare the analgesic effects of Dragon's Blood extracts from different technology. The hemostatic effects of the two extracts were evaluated by determining the clotting time and stopping bleed time. The anti-inflammatory test was carried on the swelling of auricle of mouse induced by the dimethyl benzene. Results: Dragon's Blood extract from
thermal independence technology has more potent pharmacological effects than that from tradition technology. The significant effects of analgesic hemostatic and anti-inflammatory were showed for Dragon's Blood extract from thermal independence technology with lower dosage(0.25 mg/g). Conclusion: It has advantage of conserving the natural resources of medical plants,easing dosage of Dragon's Blood extract and cutting down the cost of cure to extract with thethermal independence technology.
