Objective:To understand the situation of the antibiotics used in
outpatients of our hospital after medical reformation and
to offer guides for rational use of antibiotics in clinical setting.Method:3660 prescription samples of
outpatients were randomly collected from June 2003 to June 2004 and filled in tabulations according to statistics.Then a comprehensive analysis was conducted.Result:The application rate of antibiotics was 36.48%,which was status the same as the level of the cities of same status in domestic(approx.35%),and coincident with the regulations of medical-insurance.The rate of concomitant administration was 17%,among which most were basically rational.However,some treatments were mainly depended on experiences resulting in the testing rate of drug bacterial resistance was only 2.17%,which was much lower than the demand of the Ministry of Health.Conclusion:The drugs of medical-insurance were mainstream drugs used in our hospital after medical reformation.
Rational use of drugs was the main trend,however,some problems were still existent.Some corresponding should be worked out in order to improve the rationality and safety in the clinical drug application.
