Objective:To observe the relationship between
antiseptic selective pressure and bacterial resistace in the course of treatment. Methods:The
subjects were divided two groups, from which 102 healthy persons were none-used any
antiseptic agents in four months recently and 32 adults were used a variety of antiseptic drugs in two weeks. The feces samples collected with sterilized anus-swab were preserved in Cary-Blair culture tubes,Then the drugs sensitive tests were performed with two K-B paper plot methods-Mac Conkty agar plate and MH agar plate. Results:According to the sensitive tests of eight from twelve species antibacterial agents the carry rates of
resistance strains in the used antiseptic group was higher than that in the none-used group.Similarly on the basis of nine from twelve species of drugs the resistance rates of Colibacillus was higher in used group than that in none-used group(P<0.005).In the used group the multi-drugs(more than three antiseptics)resistance rate of isolated Colibacillus was 61.3%,but in the none-used group was 26.4%,the difference of the rates between those two groups was obviously (P<0.005).Conclusion:In this paper we concluded that antiseptic selected pressure was the important factou for bacterial resistance rate increasement.
