Objective: To provide neotype preparation of traditional Chinese medicine for clinically treating hyperlipemia. Methods: According to rat's weight, fourty Wistar malerats were devided into 4 group. Per group was included ten rats. They are control group (CG), lower dosage group (LD), moderate dosage group (MD) and higher dosage group (HD). To determine serum TC . serum TG . serum HDL - C , HDL C/TC and AI of LD, HD in the fourteenth and twenty -eight. Results: As compared with positive CG rats of feeding high fat forage in the fourteenth and twenty-eighth. Serum TC of experimental group rats is more signicantly lower then CG (P<0. 05). HDL -C/TC of the LD, MD, HD in the fourteenth and MD, HD in the twenty- eighth is all more significantly higher than CG (P < 0. 05). AI of the HD in the fourteenth and MD in the twenty -eight is all more significantly lower than CG (P<0. 05).
