The Mexican state justifies that the global warming is cause of global effects

Mexico (The news of the Monterrey City). - Devotes the government of Mexico alone four lines of the PND to the climatic change, this is the importance that the federal government to it ,about the global warming. Alone takes issue with the need of using renewable energies and to reduce emissions agreement pollutants to the Protocol of Kyoto.
   We would make some marginal notes, on the positions of the PND, that Iván Restrepo collaborative of “La Jornada”, supported; that the origin of the environmental problems are the poverty in which live the peasants; the lack of programs to support the actions in favor of the environment; the lack of evaluation of the national plans.
   Added to all this, it adds, it exists the corruption in the nation; exist a lack of fiscal incentives to transform to the country, and united to the foregoing, "is maintained the reign of the politicians in detriment of the scientists and technical".
    Indicate that what in the PND, it is referred to environmental phenomenon; "is a jeer", and was asked: "Who closes the door of the follies with this novel definition", of the fact that all is cause of "the global effects of the environmental deterioration?"
    Concerning the lines of the PND, devotes to the deforestation, is read; "one of the principal preoccupation factors is the degradation of the soil", but it does not mention the losses of kinds of flower and fauna as consequence of this problem, neither the sequels in the surcharges of water by the loss of forests.
   In relationship to the water, indicates that "has gone from be a factor that promotes the development to be a limiting factor", and indicates that "83 percent of the superficial water bodies watch them shows a quality between acceptable and excellent", but omits to make mention of the contaminated rivers, as the River Lerma and their basin.
   With respect to the environmental pollution, alone says that "requires a special attention" and that during the previous decade was observed a trend toward the decrease of the concentrations in the atmosphere, though every day are exceeded the procedures of ozone and discontinued particles.
    Itemize that each year are generated 34 million of tons of municipal solid residues and about six million of tons of dangerous tailing. In the part of the document where mentions the environmental problems of the coastal zones, mentions "certain productive activities" and it does not make reference to the tourism, indicated by organization environmentalists as the principal depredator of the tropical forests –humedales-.

   Albert Gore, ex candidate to the presidency of the United States holds; "today day, we hear and we see serious warnings of the worse potential catastrophe of the history of the human civilization. A global climatic crisis that it is being making every time deep and dangerous that any something else to the one which before may have made front".
   Indicate that together we will face the global crisis; “The climatic crisis also offers us the opportunity of experiencing what very few generations in the history have had; a mission generational."
