Never we should lose the respect to CNE, and  toward the innovators  nucleoelectrics in the world
Mexico (The news of the Monterrey City). - Say that there is no expensive energy that the one which there is no and in Mexico have lost much time in the energetic alternatives development and it but viable is to think about: bio-energies of the future, hydroelectric, geyser energy, wind energy, energy energetic kernel and other. But we can think the Mexicans about having more than an energetic kernel as the CNE with two reactors that produce between 3.5 and 4.5 percent of all electricity that is consummated in Mexico.
   When it was begun to use for civil purposes the nucleus-energetic in England; the first CNE of double purpose (Castro, Fidel: “Nuclear Energy and development, p.p.86, The Havana), this nucleus-energetic entered functions about 1950s for civil use in the Great Britain.
   The question would be; Which would be the environmental impact in this era of global warming that electricity, we could produce with fossil fuels? We believe that would be much but serious of what is estimate.  There would be that to think about the future of energy alternatives for the Mexican people, and to see in the estimates those numbers that make us to land and to go but over there of the energetic theoretical implications and to think about the possibility of the fact that not alone oil makes to our strong and vigorous nation.
   In these times Mexico has the technological possibilities and humanizes to           make you assemble of nuclear fuel, and in light of the large reserves of uranium deposits in the state of Durango and Chihuahua. 
   We recall to the "project Laguna Verde" lost in the mountain of plutocratic of the federation, losing also the not dependency of the foreign and the opportunity of marketing abroad the radioactive surpluses. Amen of the historical opportunity of entering to the group of nations in the world that have this source of energetic no valuable and top technology; so that a group of Mexicans is prided and shined in this historical context, social and political. Without power to strain us to the international context, scientific, soldier and technological. What a shame.
    If someone stopped the Nuclear and energetic project; that is we are would push to this select group of nations that possess this source of energy. Had and has this class of bureaucrats with a mental nearsightedness that it does not is going beyond his nose. With phrases that have mud feet as; "so that we need a refinery for an alone car". Are this class of bureaucrats that yet direct the few refineries that possesses Mexican Oils - which export crude oil and import gasoline - and that go to close within ten years this source of energy and of employment of many Mexican, by the nearsightedness and mental projection of a few Mexican.
     They have not understood their position as nations producers of oil and pride of the Mexicans that upon entering to the century XXI we have other goals that to fulfill to Mexico and to the world. Yet they have not learnt of “Petrobras”, the oil company property of the government of Brazil, that it has grown in one way monstrous commercially speaking, the company stopped being a load for the national finances and it has grown in their/its alliances with the capital deprived in other areas, and an oil company heals in their/its finances. Still it is property of the state and of the Brazilians. It is auto finance and leader in fuel investigations new for the hybrid cars.
    In the world of the investigations and industrial patents, the use of nucleus energetic is not very popular. Perhaps would be what is referring to accidents that happen to inhibit the use of such technologies. Or perhaps that the technology is so special that not anyone can handle it. We see the case of the accident of large dimensions, happened in the central nucleonergetic (CNE) Vladimir Ilich Lenin, located in the immediacies of the towns of Chernobyl and Pripyat, located in the U.S.S.R. of large dimensions, that to date it is very commented, starting commentaries ( Carlo Rubia, in "The dilema nuclear", p.p. 34, Barcelona, 1989), as: "Those irresponsible had heard so many times to exalt the safety of the nuclear reactors, that now them results difficult to imagine its effects".
    Previously had happened other accident; that of Three Miles Island, an CNE of double purpose in U.S.A. (Hoyle, Fred, "Energy nuclear or extinction?", In defense of nuclear energy, Madrid 1981). There is an interest note that discovers us the real nature of the accident of Chernobyl, upon presenting us such accident as an experimental conditions test of safety made by the technical personnel approved for such events. According to is reported in; "The Chernobyl disaster", BBC, September 3, 2004). In the one which is read the following; That the reactor RBMK, with a power of 1000 MW, of the CNE V. I. Lenin, "was operated in inherently insecure conditions, to be disconnected deliberately the system of emergency cooling of the reactor.”
