Mexico, (The news of the Monterrey City). - During more than ten years the judicial dispute between the journalist Lydia Cacho Ribeiro and the pederast Jean Sucar Kuri; the textiles entrepreneur Kamel Nacif Borge; the governor of Puebla city Mario Marín and some officials has occupied the attention of the means. We see a chronology grosso modo of the facts lived by the writer of the book The demons of the Eden.
   2005, April. The journalist Lydia Cacho R. publishes the book, “The demons of the Eden”: the power that protects to the infantile pornography, investigation based on testimonies of the victims of pederasty net headed by the American entrepreneur Jean Sucar Kuri.
     June, 22nd. The entrepreneur Kamel Nacif Borge accusation before authorities of Puebla to Lydia Cacho by defamation and calumny; requests to him governing that it exercise his authority and it will be stopped by the publication of the book.
   December, 16th. Lydia Cacho is stopped by the Puebla judicial policeman in Cancun city, Quintana Roo state, and moved land route to Puebla. The order released it by the judge Rosa Celia Perez Gonzalez. After almost 30 arrest hours is put at large, after paying a bail of 9,217.4 dollars (USD).
   2006. January, 17th. The writer is acquitted of the calumny offense in an appeal of their attorneys before the Court Superior of Puebla Justice (TSJP), but continues holds to defamation process.
   In February, 14th. “La Jornada” publishes telephonic recordings between the textiles entrepreneur Kamel Nacif Borge and the governor of Puebla, Mario Marín Torres, where remains clear the public servants conspiracy of that entity and of Quintana Roo for the detention of the journalist Lydia Cacho.
   March, 13th. The accusation journalist before the General office of the prosecutor of the Republic (PGR) to the governing of Populates Mario Marín; to the entrepreneur Kamel Nacif; to the attorney of that entity,  Blanca Laura Perez Gonzalez, and to the judge Rosa Celia Perez Gonzalez by the bribe offenses, influences traffic, authority abuse, violation and falsehood attempt of statements. 
   April, 4th. The American judge David K. Duncan authorizes the extradition to Mexico of the pederast  Jean Sucar Kuri, by heading an international pederasty band.
    August, 3rd. Rob of the human Laws Commission (CNDH) the process of the case of Lydia Cacho Ribeiro. The organization presents a penal accusation before the General Justice office of the prosecutor of the Federal District (PGJDF) so that is investigated on the theft.
   Septiembre28th The Office of the prosecutor of the nation (PGR) attracts the case of the process theft of the CNDH on the case of Lydia Cacho. In the wake of the inquest are stopped four persons. (La Jornada, politica, p. 05, June 18,  2007)
   "This case is a metaphor of the justice in this country. Not only it concerns us to the Mexicans, concerns to you to everybody, we are speaking not alone of the future of the justice in Mexico, but of the children of Mexico and of the World because these pederasty nets are international", said Alfonso Cuarón in press conference.
  Alfonso Cuarón adds in the defense of Lydia Cacho; "was an act of heroism of Lydia Cacho upon defending with your life to the children and affected girls, of the sexual abuses to those which were submitted".(www.unafuente.com)
   The Mexican Court; "is judging much but that a violation to the human rights of a journalist that gave voice and protects to children and abused girls sexually, what is at stake is to know, once and for all, if the common Mexicans we have some possibility of the fact that the state protect us of the criminals that are allied with public servants."
