How a person eats in modern day fast life-talking on phone and eating breakfast not letting his/her tongue feel the
taste and colour of food, eating fast somehow and ready to go out.

If you choose to slow, you live a life of high quality, feels less stressed and eat healthy. When you live slow, your approach to life is well planned and you get time for yourself and for others also. This really makes us more productive and satisfied.
Do not depend too much on fast food which are not good for health because of high starch content. Devlop habit of eating slow foods, such as, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, whole grains, pulses etc. Slow foods are to be chewed slowly, feeling the taste. This way foods get enough saliva from mouth which helps in proper digestion. Even slow breathing is advocated by experts to ensure longetivity and good nervous system.
Being slow does not mean you compromise with your work. But it does mean doing things with much efficiency and yet less stress, going back to family values, meeting friends, enjoying leisure time.
Even corporate firms are encouraging five days'' work in a week thereby employees getting enough time to look after family, going to cinema and meeting other families.
So following slow pattern life is necessarily not giving up wordly pleasures, it is about to let you have enough time to think about yourself who you are and why you are in this world.
