Well i think this will get you intrested if you have tried so many ways to just get a gram lost of your body, if you have
used all of these colourfull pills and drugs starting from a dollar to hundred or thousands, in a nutshell you have just wasted your money! these pills only make kidney problems when you reach older ages, BUT dont get upset there is one 100% way left, if you do what i tell you now and if you didnt loose any weight i will myself declare that i will leave internet and writing about medicine for ever. its only 5 steps that you must make sure you do, are you ready? lets get go:
1- Breakfast : one slice of bread with 1/3 of a palm chees and one relatively small low fat glass of milk.
2- Lunch : 3 spoons of rice with vegetables OR only 2 slice of pizza.
3- only a salad, with olive oil or lemon ( if you eat anything else then forget about loosing weight)
4- try to drink plenty of water and if you where badly hungry and apple will help you.
5- ONLY WEGHT YOURSELF AT THE END OF ONE WEEK AND THREE DAYS.
do all of these steps and trust me you will make it! i myself lost 22 kilograms.
