Simple ways to loose weight

I have been trying to loose a few kilogram since my doctor told me
that l am over- weight. He told me to loose
20 kg! I was 91 kg at that time
but today l am 6 kg lighter. l lost 6 kg in just 3 months! l think if l continue my present method of loosing weight, l will achieve my goal of 80 kg at the end of this year. Of course, This is based on the wisdom of my doctor. So, my secret as follows:
1.Regular active activity or exercise: I excerise between 30-60 minutes everyday.
2.Take less sugar and carbohydrate: Avoid any food or  drink which contain too much sugar and salt. As for me I usually drink a cup of coffee with low-fat milk but no sugar added.  
3. Reduced the potion of my daily foods intake into 50%. But on saturday and Sunday I enjoy a lit bit extra of my favorite food.
4.I drink a lot of  plain water.
5.Avoid too oily food.
6. Eat more fish and less meat;
7. Eat more vegetables and fruits.
Finally, persevere and don''t give up!  You may tempted to skip your daily exercise activity and carving for more foods and go back  to your old ay of eating. But control youself and think of the wonderful benefits of having a lighter body!
So, far these methods work for me.Try it who knows it might brings
some amazing result on you.
