The Ketogenic
diet is a diet where after you body enters keotosis after the first day you can no
longer gain weight, you can only loose it and loose it fast compared to other diets. It has certain risk and a physcician should be consulted during the
diet and lab work should be done. If you are interested in losing from two to eight pounds a week,(depending on how strictly you diet) having more energy, and feeling better all you will need is a calcium and vitamin suplement and a laxative of your chioce.
All meat is not as bad as it sounds. It is mostly the purpose of no carb calorie reduction. (which means their are other products you can eat as well) When the body is in keotosis it can not store fat, and by reducing your calorie intake you burn fat.Keotosis also helps keep your appetite down since you constanly feel full. You can have shrimp,lamb,steak,hamburger,fish, (most low calorie being tipula with only one-hundred calories per felet.)chicken,sprite zero,krystal light,diet rite, (that comes incoke,orange,cherry coke, grape and other flavors.),salt,pepper,and many other seasonings. Watch out for breaded meat though, it does contain carbs. Meat does not last forever, when you loose the weight you add back carbs slowly and get back to a stable weight; so feel
