We all know that the food we eat affect our health . We know that we should eat less
fat ,salt and cholestrol. Almost all of us know that our chance of developing serious illness such as heartdisease and certain types of cancer are directly affected by the foods we eat. So those are guidelines for healthy eating: -Reduce overall
consumption of total fat ,and especially saturated fat and
cholestrol abundant in red meats,butter,cheeses,and whole milk and avoid processed food. -Reduce
eating food consists of
protein from fatty meats,eggs and cheese,take food that contains plant protein sources because animal protein causes unwanted cholestrol. -increase consumption of complex carbohydrates . -increse consumption of
fruits and vegetables ecpecially vegetables and fruits rich in
vitamin A and C .broccly and cabbage are rich in vitamin A+C . -Increse consumption of fish and shellfish . -Decrease consumption of salt and refined sugar .
