One needs to maintain good health as well as balance their metabolism intact and it is possible with Yoga.Moreover,today''s fast & junk foods had left an impression of obesity,cholestrol and hypertensions there by declining the body''s metabolism rate.Through Yoga,one can attain balance in their body and soul.
Yoga which includes lots of postures to be performed which enhances the physical as well as mental strength.Typical"Yogasanas" (Postures),"Mudras" (Gestures) and "Meditation" gives a kind of bliss to the person where he ultimately derives "Happiness".
Henceforth, yoga said to be a kind of "Reunion of Soul with Almighty" and it''s the ultimate way of seeking happiness and balance in the life of human being.
