Believe it or not, there are funny, nasty and hard-to-believe ways in getting yourself asleep. Are you having a hard time getting asleep every night? Are you suffering from insomnia? Or just having an anxiety that attacks your mind every night! There are ten sleeping techniques that I want to share. Actually, there are 365 ways to fall asleep every night. The first thing is what we call the AUTOSLUMBER. This technique will help you to fall asleep by TALKING TO EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY. It really sounds ridiculous but believe it or not, this ca be effective. Start doing this by talking first to your toes up to your head. Be sure to relax every part that you have already talked to. And most of all, be sure to fall asleep when you reach your head. The second technique is what we call SINKING. This technique is quite easy than the first one…all you have to is to pretend that you are lying in a water…and you need to feel and imagine that you are sinking… before you reach the bottom…you will be asleep. The third technique is what we call WATCH THE BIRDIE. This technique is very easy…all you have to do is to imagine that there is bird flying in you head. Hear it sound…imagine its color.. The next technique is what we call the KEEP AWAKE. You can’t fall asleep? Then technique is the best for you…all you have to do is to KEEP YOURSELF AWAKE WHATEVER HAPPENS. The more you try to be awake, the more you will feel very sleepy. The technique called DEATH BED is also effective…this is very easy to do…you just have to pretend that you are an actor who is about to die at the end of the play. Imagine that you need to be dead when the curtain finally close. There is also a technique known as the BORING BOOK. All you have to do is to read a book…not just an ordinary book…a boring book, if there is available… well, I am talking about a book that is written in a language you cannot understand…Okay! This technique is different from the previous…this is what we call the STONE YOURSELF. If the previous technique were about relaxing ones self, this time, you need to make your body as hard as stone you need to feel heavy, from your toe to your head. Another technique is what we call the PALINDROME…have you heard this word before? Well palindrome is a word that has the same letters even if you spell it back ward. Example is the word Pop. It has the same letter if spelled from right to left and left to right. While lying in bed, try to think of palindromes you know. The technique known as EMPTY GLASS is also effective. All you have to is to imagine that you body is made from a clear glass. Every light can pass trough your body…the last technique I will tell you is the most popular of all the techniques when it comes to falling asleep…COUNTING SHEEPS…do I have to explain how it is done? Okay…. all you have to do is to imagine sheeps in the field. Count each sheep until you fall asleep. SWEET DREAMS DUDE!
