These are just strategies that I've read to have an effective
memorization. When you have something you want to commit to
your short-term memory you need to do it in the morning, because the part of your brain that stores short-term memory is said to be 15% more efficient in the morning. When you want to store in your long-term memory you need to do it in the afternoon, because that portion of your memory bank reaches its peak in the afternoon. When you must remember key information for a meeting or test, review it first and then sleep on it, because those who do that typically experience 20% to 30% better recall. These are just my opinions based on what I've read, just want to share to everybody.
