2-It could fight against ulcers,colds and even ulcers...Good  sleep  boosts  immune system Melatonin, produced when u sleep,is a cancer fighting antioxident.Night shift workers may have up to 70times greater risk of breats cancer.Also the  chemical to repairdamage to stomach lining is produced is secreated during sleep.so staying  up  for all  nights regularly could raise your risk of ullcers.
3_Sleep plays a key  role in  making new memories stick in the  brain.A Harvard experiment showed that subjects  taught  complex finger moovements such as  piano scale recalled them better  after  12  hours  sleep than 12 hours  wakefulness
