every human being now a day are health and figure conscious and always want to look stunning. There are various to loose twenty pounds of weight in two weeks in a healthy way
Over weight is caused due to over eating of high caloric food including junk foods but some it may be genetic which one acquires by birth. The most effective means to loose weight quickly is through food only but maintaining a diet chart and not consuming any diet pills. Consuming proper food at proper interval of time with fewer calories in it can help to loose weight faster. So proper diet chart should be maintained. Proper morning walk should be conducted which is perfect for all age group of people. Early morning walk for at least forty five minutes is the best help to loose weight. Certain types of food should be consumed that it produces fat burning hormones in grater quantity so that it burns the fat inside the body it self. This type of should be prescribed by a dietician. Thrice per day these types of food should be consumed so that the weigh t loss process is faster.  Diet should be consumed in proper way only after these foods are prescribed after the dietician as it depends according to patients. Diet charts also may be different for every patient. Proper breakfast should be composed of one slice dry protein toast accompanied by coffee or tea according to preference and one and half portion of grapefruit. The fruit section may vary according to choices. The lunch should be somewhat a bit heavy and it may consist of lean meat or broiled fish, salads but excluding potatoes and much of fresh vegetables and also the dinner should be the same but a bit light one. If one prefer coffee or tea can be taken during evening. Not the same type of variety should be continued rather some changes can be made on lunch and dinner items. But the choices should be made from the options provided by the dietician because through food only one can loose weight quickly.
Although if one gains weight then food becomes the enemy but on the contrary food is the ideal way to loose weight in much faster way as through consuming certain foods only fat burning process starts inside the body to loose twenty pounds in two weeks. It is the most effective procedure and prescribed by the dietician.
