We took a break last on normal breathing
Now we shall get to keeping one relaxed..always remember that
in yoga you should be totally relaxed. avoid tension and to do so sit in cross leg on the mat.
Just focus your gaze on some point exact opposite your view.
Loosen your whole body place your wrist joint on the knee with fingers flowing down.
keep your back straight,soulders square,
now take a deep breath thru the nose
slowly release the breath thru your mouth -as you release the breath the sound emitted in the beginnig should be OOOOOhhhhh AND towards the end of breath AAAMMMMMMM- SO YOU COMPLETE ONE INHALATION AND EXHALATION.
NOW,SLOWLY CLOSE YOUR EYES AND REPEAT TE BREATHING TECHNIQUE AT LEAST 5 TIMES.
BEFORE OPENING YOUR EYES RUB BOTH PALMS TOGATHER AND PLACE ON CLOSED EYES, FEEL THE WARMTH, SLOWLY OPEN EYES.
