i) For purifying the blood; curing gastric diseases, relief from cramps and pains
The tips of the Thumb
and the Little finger, when held together . Do this at least 15 minutes at a time and repeat as and when desired. Remember the finger tips should be perpendicular to each other
ii) For good health, enthusiasm and cure of insomnia or sleeplessness:
Joining the tips of the Thumb and the Ring finger of bothe hands give good health, enthusiasm and also cures insomnia or sleeplessness. It activates the thyroid glands, reduces body-weight and mental tension. Do this for 5 to 15 minutes daily, twice or more.
iii) For bringing solace to persons of impaired hearing(except caused at birth) and also for a good cure for heart disease: Join the Thumb and the Middle finger tips, in each of the the hands perpendicular to each other for getting the desired effect for these ailments. Do it for 10 to 20 minutes a day, twice or as and when required
iv) To Cure pain in the knees, rheumatism, paralysis, stiff neck, spondilites, facial palsy and Parkinson disease, join the tips of the Thumb and the Index finger maintain them perpendicular to each other with bothe hands. Practise for 10 to 15 minutes a day, twice or as it demands.
