CONTINUING TO GROW AND GROW AT A RAPID GROWTH. ABSORBING ALL OUR NUTRIENTS LIKE THE METALS IN SPACE. ROBBING US OF AGAIN AND AGAIN. STRESS IS CONSTANT WORRYING. HUMANS ARE PROBED OF COURSE TO THIS AS WE ADULTS GET OLDER. TYPICALLY, MONEY, BILLS, EMPLOYMENT, MISTAKES, RELATIONSHIPS, FOOD, OUR LOOKS, WEIGHT,PAST MISTAKES AND FAILURES, OUR BRAINS ARE FULL OF STRESS CAUSE HUMANS BRAINS IS NOT OF COURSE DESIGN TO BE PERFECT. WE KNOW THAT. DEPRESSION IS A FORM OF STRESS. ANXIETY DISORDERS ARE A FORM OF STRESS. STRESS DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE. STRESS IS THE SILENT KILLER. THE THIEF WHO ROBS YOU AT NIGHT. STRESS IS THE PAIN THAT WE FEEL IN OUR BODIES, OUR NECKS, OUR LEGS, OUR HEAD, NO END TO PAIN. NO END TO PAIN. FUNNY, HOW WE AS ADULTS FORGET TO LAUGH UNTIL ITS TOO LATE.
